Internships attract and keep capable and motivated student employees. As part of Ocean City's EarnAndLearn program, local employers are encouraged to develop for-credit, paid internships to bring committed, hard-working college students to our resort area. A credit-worthy internship in general business, hotel and restaurant management, health, public safety, marketing, computer technology, nursing, marine science, social work, or a host of other areas is one that brings significant learning to an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in these areas.
If an intership is not right for you, businesses can still use this service for posting Seasonal Positions. Simply follow the same steps as you would for an Internship.
If you are interested in exploring the possibility of creating an INTERNSHIP position for your business or wish to post your SEASONAL POSITIONS, please complete the EarnAndLearn application template.
Your proposal will be sent automatically, and once approved, it will be listed on this website to be seen by students in Maryland and across the country. From there, any communication and/or interviews will occur directly between you and the potential employee.
