The Greater Ocean City, Maryland Chamber of Commerce has five membership tiers, and each is represented by a shorebird.

Why did we choose birds? Obvious answer: we live and work at the beach. More than that, though, the Ocean City area is home to many entrepreneurs – individuals who took a leap of faith and started a new venture with an uncertain outcome. In the same way, birds flock together, particularly if they need to go far, and our members, too, rely upon one another to achieve bigger goals. Sometimes, we can go faster alone, but often, we can accomplish the seemingly impossible when working as a team.

Seagull – $350/year (Nonprofit: $250/year)

Best for businesses that want to build credibility, stay connected, and access essential Chamber resources.

Visibility & Promotion:

Business listing in the Chamber’s website and mobile app directory
Opportunity to display approved business materials in the Chamber Visitor Center
Post business news, events, Hot Deals, and job openings through the Chamber website
Opportunity to submit member news, milestones, events, and announcements for Chamber social media consideration

Representation & Support:

One (1) designated representative
Legislative advocacy on key issues impacting local businesses

Pelican – $500/year (Nonprofit: $400/year)

Best for businesses ready to increase their visibility, involve more team members, and take a more active role in the Chamber business community.

Digital Advertising Options:

Up to three (3) designated representatives

* Additional Location Eligibility: Must operate under the same legal business entity and ownership as the primary member. Separate franchises, independently owned branches, or locations with distinct EINs require a separate membership.

Blue Heron – $1,000/year (Nonprofit Rate: $800/year)

Best for established businesses that want a more intentional Chamber strategy, stronger leadership positioning, and deeper market visibility.

Osprey – $2,500/year (Nonprofit Rate: $1,900/year)

Best for businesses and organizations seeking premium year-round visibility, greater access to Chamber leadership, and a recognized leadership presence in the regional business community.

Executive Access & Civic Engagement:

Executive strategy session with Chamber President/CEO
Invitation to Chamber legislative briefings, issue discussions, and business advocacy conversations

Eagle Partners work directly with Chamber leadership to develop a year-round engagement and visibility plan aligned with the organization’s goals, including business development, community presence, workforce, leadership visibility, advocacy, and marketing.
